  • Matt LeMay

    CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Matt is a Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario and his root ancestors are the Clermont Dusome family that originally hails from the Red River region of Manitoba, later settling in Drummond Island & Penetanguishene Ontario. Matt currently lives in the Ottawa Valley with his wife Jennifer and his daughters Ella and Noa.

    Matt holds a master's degree in management innovation and entrepreneurship from Queens University and is a seasoned keynote speaker available for virtual and in-person events.

  • Crystal Martin

    CO-FOUNDER & CAO

    Crystal originally from Sanirajak, Nunavut is a noteworthy leader in the Inuit advocacy space, having been the National Inuit Youth Council President from 2019-2021 and working with the Inuit Circumpolar Council.

    Known for articulating political advancements in improving the lives of Inuit for mental health, infrastructure, and climate change. Crystal has worked with every level of government to support the 94 Calls To Action set forth by the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Crystal is a dynamic keynote speaker and is available for virtual and in-person events.
